This is an annual for Hughes High School from 1870, written by the Hughes High School Society of Alumni. The overall condition of the annual was poor when it arrived in the lab. The cover was in fair condition, but the textblock paper was discolored to dark brown and extremely brittle, with pages detaching as they were being turned. Treatment was performed in order to stabilize the paper, facilitate handling by library patrons, and help prevent further breakage of the brittle textblock paper. View Catalog Record |
